But basically I wanted to say that it's up to you what you wear, don't let my blog or any other blog tell you what you can or cant, should or shouldn't wear.
Without sounding stoopid, I'm here to have fun and inform you of it along the way.
This is the beauty I am surrounded by everyday, needless to say it inspires me no end ;)
Thought I would share this with you as it is not long till college is oh vee eee are overrrrr! So potential gems such as these are going to become few and far between :(
When I am at university this will be one of the only things to remind me of my 'special' friends...but I am excited for the new freinds im going to make at Rochester (woop! I am off to UCA Rochester to study Fashion Promotion! vive Kent) I wonder who will be in my posts in september??

Moustaches are definitely not a good look for girls, despite what the catwalk and Vivienne Westwood have been collaborating on (see here) I tried it for a day, a day that I will not be repeating lets say. xx

Okay so I was reallly staring at this lady when I was working at the weekend. I just couldnt stop looking at her dress (she also had the longest tan lags, dark hair in a middle parting and a pair of aviators on, yes inside) thinking please can I be magic so I can shrink her and when she has shrunk she obviously won't fit in that dress so I can grab it and run. This heavenly piece of loveliness was (and still is) courtesy of H&M, (i later found out... I thought it would be wise to ask her where her dress was from so she didn't think I was a complete weirdo trying to stare her out.)

As she continued "yeah the stuff in huh an mm is usually crap, but I think this summer for the first time there is some really good stuff"

firstly I do not agree with the 'usually crap' part...harsh.

I count H&M as one of my fave high street stores.

Secondly, I have to agree that this summer 'huh an mm' is tres gorgeous,

thanks to their garden collection I hear you ask?

Lovely I know, (nice little scary smile there from Natasha Poly) 

but it is there offering of this seasons nudes that I totally covet! Cue a picture of this dress (not from the garden collection) that I keep talking about and nearly got a punch in the face for staring at...

NOOOOO!

Unfortunately, with my luck I cannot locate said dress :( 

So...you will just have to take my word for it..or even better take a trip to 'Huh an Mm' and see for your self.

I promise it will definitely NOT be a wasted trip as they are plugging out some tres good stuff, accesoires and all.

Beware the wind, it can ruin things, moral of the story, now is the time to purchase a summer dress, when you are in a summer dress...it doesn't really matter ;)

Sports luxe just keeps running at the momento, (for me it should be sans sweatbands and visors with ickle crocs on) well Topshop is obsessed and as everyone is obsessed with Topshop, it's an obsession.. that's what you would think right? Well actually, I havent seen many people out there sportin this look, (please send me pics if you are) I guess it does take a certain savoir-faire so if not

Feminism isn't completely dead, you know

S/s 2010 heralds new light and new life...cue the return of florals :)

But not as we know them...this year much have taken the form of silk prints (I dont really know what this means or involves...but it gives a beautifully graphic form to wonder at) , courtesy of the fashion victor Erdem Moralioglu. Ever since this photo

does not inspire you to pick a bunch of florals, divorce black and start investigating Erdems little peices of art, then you need to consider undergoing a renaissance. (Note the full stop for effect)
Do not listen if somebody says "only someone with kamikaze-defying style sensors can carry florals off" (i will not say who stated this as I am a regular reader/fan of her column, so I am letting her off) because florals are too good to give up on!!

So make like a floral warrior and  walk in the garden of Erdem...

So I will let you in on a little secret...j'ai une soeur jumelle

Her name is Sophie and she looks just like me...apparently

The reason I am mentioning her is not only because she has been and still is a HUUUUUGE part of my life but because she was primarily my first ever fashion inspo. From the moment she picked out that canary yellow levi tee with the red cherry's and teamed it with a pair of dark wash hipster flares (perfectly ripped at the bottoms of course) I became interested. (I sneaked these items out of her wardrobe whenever the hell it was possible, they just looked sooooo amazing!) You could say I was a late developer.. in fashion that is. She had a clue and (thank the bloomin Lord) taught me to have the laissez-faire, wear-whatever-you-damn-well-like attitude to fashion...I have enjoyed it ever since.

Kick Start

After following fashion for 4 years now, I cannot believe it has taken me this long to get my head round the latest trend: Blogging...oh em gee. Basically, the plan is that the 'blog' (my attempt anyways)...its about this girl who wants to be immersed in the world of fashion, she wants to get into fashion week and open it up to all the girls that love fashion like this girl because we are the lifeblood of this industry ya know ...well that is the plan, but I'm pretty new to all this (techno shizz)...so, here's hoping :)
